Department of OBG nursing have a capable group of faculties consisting of knowledgeable post graduate lecturers and clinical instructors.

Department of OBG nursing is committed with the S.S.Institute of Medical Sciences and Research center’s obstetrics and gynecological department, Where the Gynecologists and all the nurses teach students in the clinical area.

During the clinical posting our students get the opportunities to learn and assess in the various procedures such as pap smear, D&C, copper T insertion, cervical biopsy, MTP, colposcopy, hysterosalpingogram, normal and caesarean deliveries.
